Information temporarily unavailable?

I am getting an error message that the information is
temporarily
unavailable when i try to add the module to google's
personalized home
page? What happened
It was working just this morning, now that I posted it on my
web site
and my journal it no longer works?

Is this happening to others as well? Or is it because this
is a new
module I added yesterday
