How to migrate Exchange 2003 on alternate machine when it is a DC also

Hi all ,


       My scenario is given below

I have one PDC on Hp machine windows server 2003 (sp2) and
one ADC on
dell machine windows server 2003 (sp2) with the integration
of
Exchange 2003 . Now I want to migrate Exchange 2003 to
alternate
server of HP machine means want to separate form ADC.

Kindly can any body help me regarding this scenario
