(Job) - Lead Java/.NET Developer - Las Vegas, NV

This is my direct client opening for a Lead Java/.NET
Developer - Las Vegas, NV. This is a 6 months plus contract.
The hourly rate is 55-65/hr. 
 
Responsibilities: 
Client is looking for a Lead Java/.NET Developer to join
their team. The organization is moving to Service Oriented
Architecture and is looking for expertise to work on high
visibility integration and new development. 
5-7 years experience 

Must have's: 

2 years Team Lead experience 
J2EE 
SQL 
JUnit and/or NUnit 
eStudio, eclipse, or Subversion 
SOAP 
HTTP 
XML 

Nice to have's: 

JavaScript 
Will do 70% integration, 30% Application Development 
You must be capable of augmenting Staff Enterprise Software
Architects. 
Prefer experience with core competency in at least two
platforms/technologies and we mean core competency, not just
a dot net person that has played with C on Linux. At least
one of the core competencies needs to be either .Net or
Java. 
Prefer experience using multiple version control systems
(VSS, CVS, Subversion, Perforce, ClearCase, etc). Candidates
should have a solid understanding of development lifecycle,
separation of environments and promotion model (dev ->
test -> training -> production). 
We really want to see experience with test-driven
development and tooling such as Nunit, Junit, ant/nant,
CruiseControl, etc. 
Dynamic communication skills are a big factor for us as
well, as it is key for the client to continue to build a
dynamic and diverse, but close-knit group.
