bug - click "note this" and note goes in wrong section

has anyone else had this bug after doing this procedure:
* click open notebook (in mini-mode using Firefox 1.5.x)
* select my desired notebook AND section heading
* highlight text and right-click
* click "note this"

the note goes into a DIFFERENT SECTION, which was NOT
selected (but it
is in the correct notebook)

this is quite frustrating especially since i actually take
the time to
open notebook in mini mode before i note the text that i
want...

AND

plz someone from gmail implement tab traversal; i would like
to press
TAB and then ENTER to quickly save notes in full-view mode.
