Firefox Google Notebook extention very slow

When I click "Open Notebook" in my Firefox status
bar, it takes an
awful long time for it to load and get to adding/reviewing
notes. is
there anyone else having this same issue? this is consistent
across
all 5 machines i use for the same notebook account - all of
which are
new, fast machines. all major OSes.

Any tips on making it faster? It should be instant!
