"Unfiled Bookmarks" Headaches

I've recently updated to the latest Beta of the Google
Toolbar and saw
that the bookmarks were added to Notebook and autoatically
dumped into
"Unfiled Bookmarks".

Here is my problem, I've deleted ALL of the entries in the
Unfiled
Bookmarks area and emptied the trash. Now what happens is
that
strangely some of my old bookmarks "re-appear" in
the Unfiled
bookmarks area, I delete them and then again, some
re-appear. Is there
a way to totally delete it or is this just a bug
