nalakainfo, I was using HTML edit, but I couldn't get it to
work until now.

GPC, I 
guess GPC only recognizes 'fully qualified' anchors. <a
href="#bookmarkname"> 
is correct HTML for links to bookmarks that are on the same
page as the link.
