Thanks much for the tip (F11) I didn't know about that one.
I tried clicking
all over the place - all I would get is - a connection to
the link.
anyhooooooooo - I just checked the Site manager area and lo
& behold the trash
cans have mysteriously reappeared  jnsn33 -

Thanks for reply, Chappuis ! I tried GPC at home and there
were no such "Can't
save" issues, while I have only modem connection there,
so it is something
related to my job's software or hardware settings. You
suggested that mp3
playing may cause this - I just tried unpublshing all the
pages, and still
