Select theme - 1 new

I have been testing out the different themes on my home
page. But now it's
stuck on solar system and "select theme" can't be
selected. It is there but
doesn't change the cursor to "hand" to select,
doesn't change color to select,
there is only a vertical line as when the cursor is sitting
in a random place

Page Creator/Site

I use a drop-down menu on the site and all links work OK in
IE7 and Firefox...
but in IE6 the URLs which should be (for example) [link] is
forced to [link]
