Hi everyone!
I was wondering if is it possible to display a keymatch on
every query
that is done.
Some customers want to display some temporary information.
But they want to show it on all querys.
I know there are many ways to di this with some programming,
but they want a simple solution, so no XML node editing.
Thanks,
Pablo Solera

That really isn't a keymatch Pablo. What type of information? Have you considered a OneBox?

why don't you build the preferred 'keymatch' hard-coded in
your
template so it isn't really a keymatch but looks like it is.

Just consider some temporary information that you want to
display in
every query.
The strenght of the keymatch is that you don´t need any
other web
application.
The Onebox solution is the perfect way to do this, but it
requires some
additional coding.
Hardcoding it is not a good solution.
Thanks anyway.

The very simple, no coding, no extra servers required way
would be to
add a simple line of HTML to the front-end through the admin
console.
This is easy to do (2 minutes), doesn't require any coding
skills
(simple html) and no external servers.

Hi my friend Pablo,
pleased to see you arround.
I don't think that the GSA got the ability to make the
feature you
request.
Considering the solutions the experts above give you, i will
use the
XSLT solution.
You create a static Keymatch zone, where you can put you
active
information.
For that i'd use an extra parameter to send to the XSLT
file, and if
this parameter is defined or not null (for the times that
any
information needed to be shown as special keymatch) you will
print your
keymatch information.
You can define your keymatch in the parameters you send to
XSLT and
build your special keymatch with them.
Hope it would help you.
And see you arround. Pequeño padawan!!! que pa que preguntas
aquí
cuando tienes a alguien como yo cerca
C ya mates!
