I have had 5.0 running for two weeks now. There are a TON
of issues.
Here are but a few:
1. Daily reports don't work
2. Downloading the XML sitemaps crashes if over 19,000
pages or so.
Need to do it in chunks.
3. Do Not Crawls are not always respected. Had to reset
the index
three times so far.
4. Refreshing a Search Report does not work - just says it
is
Regenerating forever.
Perhaps the most annoying so far. When I send in emails to
support I
get no response, at all whatsoever. Nothing. When I call I
am told
unless my system is down, don't call. So I am left feeling
like I
spent tens of thousands of dollars on a pirce of hardware
that is
insufficiently supported.
I have sent them configuration questions over and over -
nothing
back. Nothing.
Is this how Google operates? Am I the only one getting
treated like
this? If I don't own 10+ of the GSA am I invisible?
