Thread: Tomcat Cache problem

Tomcat Cache problem

Background:
I am running an application in the development shell, all is
going
fine, however, I have a flash application which is sourcing
in a data
file via an http request to provide an integrated graph.
This
datafile is served by the inbuilt Tomcat server. All is
working
fine. However, when I request an update to the flash
display, I would
expect it to read in the updated datafile. This does not
happen. All
symptoms lead me to believe that the Tomcat servlet is
caching the
contents of the data file and on subsequent requests
resupplying the
information of the cached file.

OK. The short question.
How do I prevent the integrated Tomcat Server from caching
files and
urls?

Cheers,
