I've seen another question posted on this question but with
no solution. Why,
when you add target="_blank" to the link below,
does it not work? The window
that opens is blank and not the expected window. <script

I am trying to set up a filter that will log visitors visits
to a particular
section of our website. Unfortunately, our site doesn't use
a directory
structure in the page addresses. Instead our URL's look like
this: [link] -
