AdWords not appearing in goal conversions - 2 new

I have an AdWords account linked to an Analytics account.
Conversions occur on
a 3rd party website, but the 3rd party has placed my
Analytics code on the
correct goal conversion page on their website, and I'm
seeing conversion data.
Problem is, I'm not seeing any conversions credited to my
AdWords account,
which is driving more than 1/3 of all visits to the primary

One more note re: email tracking. Untagged emails, that are
read via a web-
based email client (like GMail, AOL Yahoo!) will actually
appear as referral
visits. I would check your referral reports to learn if
emails are appearing
as referrals. If not, they're more than likely appearing as
direct traffic. -

Click Data in Site Overlay Not Available on Important Pages

This is a shot in the dark, but... Are you blocking spiders
or robots from the
pages? I believe that the site overlay report uses the
Google Bot to retrieve
the pages from your site. So, if you're blocking bots or
spiders, like the
google bot, it could break site overlay. Just a guess....

Landing Page Optimization data missing for 3 months - 1 new

When looking at the Landing Page Optimization feature, the
data suddenly drops
away completely on exactly April the 1st and reappears just
as suddenly on
July 1. I can see this on either Entrance Sources or
Entrance Keywords, and
for any page, and for several sites now. We're not talking
about loss of

issue and are
currently investigating it. For now, using the SSL code
(described above) is

Error 20000 Access Denied - 1 new

Starting this week (or so), all of my pages started having a
Google Analytics
'frame' at the bottom of each page. There is an error
stating '20000: Access
Denied Please try relaunching site overlay from the report.'

at work and at

Hide Site Overlay - 1 new

I am having this problem also - with firefox (where I am
logged in to
Analytics). Clearing the cache doesn't fix it. Clicking
'close' doesn't fix it
- it disappears briefly, then comes back. Also, on one of
the sites the
overlay doesn't fully load - it gets to the
entire-screen-grayed-out stage and
