Navigation Summary | Page Consider as Previous Page - 2 new
-----------------------------------------------------------
Hello, I don't seem to understand the data given on the
navigation summary
feature. The page I look at shows under the "previous
page content info" which
indicate that the previous page the visitors saw is the same
page. Let say i'm
looking at the navigation summary of my third page, for
example: homepage.com/

Analytics Goals/Funnels with different domains - 1 new
------------------------------------------------------
Goals use regular expressions too. They are separate from
filters. At the
bottom of your goal there's three options "Case
Sensitive", "Match Type", and
Goal Value. Check your Match Type to look it up in the help
center to see if
you need to start with "/" or "http://" - Tues, Oct 2 2007

Segmented Profiles - Include filter - 1 new
-------------------------------------------
Hey Daniel, I think the filter: Filter Type: Custom filter -
Include Traffic
only to subdirectory Filter Field: Request URI Filter
Pattern: ^/community/
Case sensitive: No should work for this. Are you saying that
the number of
visits does not change from day to day, or that the number
of visits is not -

(not set) for Google Adwords - 1 new
------------------------------------
The "Campaign" report also includes visits that
did NOT come from a campaign. (
Notice how the number of visits is the same as on the
Traffic Sources Overview
Page). Not Set is the number of visits that came to your
site without a
Campaign set. - Tues, Oct 2 2007 11:07 am

redirect to add UTM variables. - 1 new
--------------------------------------
Server side is usually best (301 redirect), because META and
JavaScript
redirects will fool GA to think that all your traffic came
from your own site.

Hi Roberta, According to the blog post at [link], the

bounces) divided by the - Tues, Oct 2 2007 12:04 pm

'Sup PTI, There are several ways to set up goal URLs in
Analytics. If your
goal page has query parameters (i.e., variables that appear
after a question
mark), you will want to set the Match Type to Head Match.
For more details on
setting up goals, you can visit: [link]. - Tues, Oct 2 2007

HTTP / HTTPS / Site Overlay - 1 new
-----------------------------------
Hi dave65, In theory, Site Overlay should work for you. The
https part of your
site should not affect whether it works, provided your
tracking code is
correct. You can try checking the Analytics Troubleshooter
to learn what
situations cause Site Overlay to not work: [link]. - Tues,

Analytic problems - 1 new
-------------------------
Hi gl-science.com, Your tracking code looks like it is
installed correctly.
Typically, there is a reporting delay even after you have
installed the
tracking code for the first time. It is not unusual to see
delays of 24-36
hours. This is quite normal. -Conrad - Tues, Oct 2 2007 2:16

Hi, As webstat said, it sounds like this is happening
because you are not an
admin on these profiles. In order to be granted admin
access, you will need to
contact Analytics support using the Contact Us page: [link].
