I am trying to filter my own visits. Since my ISP is in
Colombia and I do not
care who visits from Colombia, because they do not have
paypal (no customers)
the logical thing seemed to filter all traffic from that ISP
(ETB- Colombia).
Either I have done it wrong or somehow they are using IP
addresses not - Thurs,
