Linda, I use Firefox (so do others probably...) which makes
viewing cookies
quite easy. If you want to see your IE cookies in a more
convenient way use
this free software: [link]When you install and run it, use
browse function (
right click on the - Mon, Dec 31 2007 2:15 am

Site Search Not Working Google Analytics - 1 new
------------------------------------------------
Hi Jay, It looks like your query parameter is actually
"s[search]" and not
just "s". I don't know from experience if Google
Analytics has a problem with
the brackets, but try changing it and find out. John - Mon,

Five days after install, still no data. - 2 new
-----------------------------------------------
Well, I still have two sites that give no data. Sure, I get
this optomistic
message when I check: " Waiting for Data Analytics has
been successfully
installed and data is being gathered now." But nearly
10 days later, after
placing the new code, then the legacy code, there is still
no data coming from
these two sites. - Mon, Dec 31 2007 7:37 am

Another Javascript error using Firefox - 1 new
----------------------------------------------
Does your site use a third party frameset? In other words
does the domain name
at the top of the browser match the domain name that your
content is on? The
error "NS_ERROR_DOM_SECURITY_ERR" generally means
the JavaScript is trying to
read/write to a DOM object that it is from a different
domain. Usually this is
because of third-party frames, or - Mon, Dec 31 2007 9:57 pm

all visits from Opera (but using IE & FF also) - 1 new
------------------------------------------------------
When you pasted the tracking code, did the <script>
tag get "self closed" ie <
script type="text/javascript" src="http://...." /> The
HTML spec requires <
script> tags to be closed with </script> and not
self closed like <script />.
Opera and Safari ignore the error but Firefox and IE see it
and stop executing
any JavaScript. - Mon, Dec 31 2007 10:02 pm
