I tested several websites with google analytics on IE7 beta
2. It works 
everywhere: cookies set, web beacon loaded. I seems the
reported problem

Many AdWords linkage/autotagging problems - 1 new

When AdWords links to your site, it appends its own
identifier at the end ie [
link] You must propogate that query string with the URL your
redirecting until
you get to a page with analytics code on it. Otherwise they
all look organic -
