Valid XHTML Transitional UrchinTracker Code - 1 new

I'm trying to ensure my whole website is XHTML valid in
accordance to the W3C
guidelines. When running the validator on my website it
turns up errors on the
onclick value of the urchintracker code. Ideally I'd like
to keep the tracker
code in there, but essentially the validity of my code is
more important. Is
