I know how you feel, What i've done is in the my body
onload init() function 
loop through all the A tags and based on their file
extension or their 
hostname add the onClick handler via java script. I posted
the (slightly 
modified) code I use in an example in another thread. [link]

Low traffic account - 1 new

Hey Guys, Has anyone addressed this yet? I have a few sites
I'm tracking (just
started). I have no filters and I set the GA code up in the
primary template 
that serves our entire site. We get 3000-4000 unique
visitors daily with 25K "
hits". When looking at GA, it shows something like 400
unique visitors and
