Google helpers857- University Search unavailable

I've used this search for many sites at my University and
was surprised
to find it unavailable. Does anyone know why, or for how
long it will
remain this way? I'm accessing it here:
https
://services.google.com/publicservice/login and have been
checking
it periodically for about 2 weeks hoping to find it back up
and
running.

I tried to email publicservice-supportgoogle.com but received an
auto
reply indicating that they could not send individual
responses
regarding this service and referred me to the FAQ.

I have been experiencing the same problem. I have sent in an
e-mail
also with the same auto response.

I wish I could get an idea of when I could log back on.
