Google helpers917- HELP

I can't figure out my old sign on id name or password -
though I really
think I had them - but my e-mail has also changed.  My old
title was crazy
for bead-insane for fiber but I changed it to a Once upone a
time while
knitting and then dister struck my family and I have not
been able to post
since May and now can't post  Can someone please help me and
get me a
solution as to how I can start posting again.  I need to get
back into my
own reality - two surgeries, one death and a complete
breakdown of different
family members have left me completely amnesiac.
