Google helpers940- Help with RSS feed outgoing for my news and blog

I have an interesting CZ and psychic photo blog, using
blogspot, but I
cannot
see any of my topics on Google Alerts except for under my
own name.

Do I need an RSS feed outgoing ? How do I do it for my own
website page
on
breaking news?

Do I need Google Alerts as a keyword?

Why should I want to use ftp with my blog? FTP to what, my
pwn website?
