Google helpers1410- restore session

Once in a while, when using Google with Firefox Start, I am
no longer
able to continue what I am doing.  A window comes up telling
me that
Windows has encountered a problem with my browser and the
program will
be closed, and it will be diagnosed.  It gives me a choice
to close
the program.  When I do that and try to get on again, a box
comes up
asking me if I want to restore my session.  When I restore
the session
it goes back to what I was doing.  I don't how to fix this
problem.
Any one encounter this or know what I should do?
