Google helpers1620- Google search for my web site is all wrong

Something happened to my search on google. When I search
'how to
encourage',  I am listed #1 in google but the ad copy is not
mine.
When I click on the cached page it is not me!  What do I
do?

Also I need to clean up my links in blogger--how do I do
this?
