Google helpers1674- Google mobile

Hello,

I tried to search details for Google in mobile devices but
couldn't
find answer.
Does anybody have an idea how to implement similar
functionality as in
Google between standard browser and mobile device - device
recognition
- is this a combination of scripts, something very complex
or just
something simple and I just too dull to find the answer?

How can I make a site look smashing through standard browser
and very
simple but working okay on mobile devices independant on
what make or
modell the mobile phone is?
