Same here.
It is very frustrating.
I have tried all the reasonably possible links and methods,
even
the ones recomended by those that have been successful.
Unfortunately, even their demos don't work any more.
AARGH!
It would be nice if someone from Google would monitor this

When you get the "setup a new account" just
enter all
your information and you will get this message:"

received a Google Web APIs license key.

the email
