ssh with password support for testsuite

With check in RH-2007-09-20-0 testsuite support ssh with
password.
The testsuite parameter use_ssh has been renamed to
connection_type. Possible
values for this parameter are

  - rlogin (default)
  - ssh_with_password
  - ssh (without password)

ssh_with_password works similar to rlogin (ssh connection to
remote host as
testsuite user must be possible without password, root
password will be prompted).

With the next update of your source testsuite will be print
out at startup some
errors, which has no effects. The reason for this error is
that testsuite tries
to start some remote connection before the new
connection_type parameter is
configuration.

We introduce the ssh_with_password mode, because we
experienced problems with
rlogin on different platforms ("Got not spawn id"
problem). If you have similar
problems, please try this new mode.
