I`m sorry I did not enoughly read man page about qstat,
and I understood about 'c' queue`s state .

Now, I think qmaster is OK.

% ps aux | grep -e sge_qmaster -e sge_schedd | grep -v
grep
sgeadm   29640  1.4  2.3 201464 47860 ?      Sl   Oct10
170:43 /N1grid/bin/lx24-amd64/sge_qmaster
sgeadm   29656  1.0  2.4 147416 49424 ?      Sl   Oct10
127:01 /N1grid/bin/lx24-amd64/sge_schedd


When I had have qmaster memory leak problem, sge_qmaster
deamon used approximately 60% memory.
