Main window too wide for 1024x768 resolution

Actually, the last solution didn't fix it either. It still
got too wide. 
This time i removed the first label, the one that describes
the current 
tool, by commenting out line 2565: //   
gtk_widget_show(GTK_WIDGET(label));
