I can't comment on the HR20-700 since I don't own one. The
only thing
I know about them is what I've read. There are lots of
people that
aren't as satisfied with the HR20 as you might think, even
at dbstalk.
It does sound like it's a major improvement over the R15,
but almost
anything would be at this point.

I had considered getting an HR20 but the thought of getting
stuck in
another 2-year commitment with a DVR I may or may not like
didn't sit
well with me. Unfortunately, once you've signed up with the
DVR
you're stuck with the commitment even if you return the DVR,
which is
another gripe I have with DTV. Since DTV hasn't provided
the
additional HD channels they've been promising I figure I'll
give FIOS
a try and see if I like it.

If and when DTV gets the HD channels online I may consider
coming back
to them, but for now I'd like to see what real Hi-Def looks
like.
I've grown tired of DTV's HD-Lite. If they can prove to me
that the
mpeg4 HD channels are an improvement I may return, but
they're going
to have to provide something more than a bunch of shopping
channels in
HD for that to happen.

I have just upgraded from 3.1.5 to 6.3c. ;Are the above scripts applicable for the HR10-250? BTW I just tried the HME Quick Start demo and it worked. Thanks.
