HR10-250 HME, HMO, MRV option

Hello all,
I hope that someone can guide me in the right direction.

I have read and searched for the last 4 hours and I still
cannot find 
a definitive answer.

I just hacked my HR10-250 with PTVnet & InstantCakeHD
6.3c.
Everything is working fine.
I can connect to the HR10-250 via, telnet, ftp and http.

I would like to know if any or all of the HME, HMO, and MRV,
options 
are available now that I have hacked the HR10-250 with
PTVnet & 
InstantCakeHD 6.3c?

If any or all of the options are available are available,
would you 
please point me in the right direction with regards to
software or 
commands in order to turn these services on?
