If you have a clean image and haven't hacked it then it should
upgrade naturally if you just connect it to a phone line. If you've
hacked it then you can monitor the SwSystem in MFS using TivoWebPlus
or you can run a check from bash to see if the slices have been
downloaded to your HDTivo. Once the slices show up in MFS then you
can modify the installSw.itcl script and run it manually to upgrade
to 6.3c. You will need to reinstall all of your hacks as before.
You can use the same killhdinitrd'd kernel with 6.3c as your older
3.1.5e OS version.
