Mike - Here's a link to an mpeg2 compression app that's supposed to
work with HD streams:

It should allow you to compress existing mpeg2 streams so they'll fit
on a single disc without having to transcode them. After you've
compressed them you should be able to author them as HD-DVDs using the
method I referenced earlier.
