HelixPlayer for Symbian v3.0

New version of HelixPlayer for Symbian (v3.0) is under
construction.

It is incorporating the latest version of Helix DNA Client
(Atlas) and 
being upgraded to run on latest released versions of Symbian
OS (9.1).

This is a great time to join this project as we have just
completed the 
preliminaries and are ready to move onto the 9.1 port.
