Oops, I missed MPEG4 Video decoder, H.264 decoder, VC-1
decoder. Could you confirm with these media type as well?
Thanks a lot.

Cathy,
Daniel would be better than I to confirm what
plugins actually ship with the RealPlayer for
Linux, but I can tell you whether or not
plugins exist for your list of formats. In some
cases, the plugins may not have shipped yet,
or we may be prevented from shipping in them
in the default player due to royalty concerns.
Daniel: please feel free to correct me on any of these:
MPEG1 video - no plugins
MPEG2 video - we have plugins but I don't think they ship
with the RP for Linux (since there is
per-player
royalty)
Windows media - We have these plugins. I don't know the
status of when they will ship
CD/DVD playback - don't know - Daniel?
Container - We have plugins for .avi, but usually the
problem with .avi is the video codecs
inside
them not being available on Linux.
Eric
