Can't find ogg vorbis SDK

I'm trying to build hxplay on Ubuntu feisty and, while the
rest of the
build completes successfully, 11 modules are failing.  All
failed
modules relate to ogg or vorbis.

I have tried setting the SDK path to oggvorbissdk to
libogg,
libogg-dev, vorbis, a few other things along those lines
that were in
the repositories.  This made 8 rather than 11 modules fail,
but I
still haven't found something fitting ogg vorbis sdk and the
stuff I'm
finding on their website is the same stuff I've been
apt-getting and
trying.  Nothing quite fits the requirements.

Does anyone know exactly which is the correct package?
