Synopsis: Fixed local-mode Superbuffer graphic missing bug.

Overview: 
Fixed local-mode Superbuffer graphic missing bug.
The Superbuffer-widget-rewrite wasn't tested adequately
prior to
checking in. 
The background trough graphic was missing in local playback
mode.
This corrects the logic used to stop drawing the local-mode
graphic.
