Synopsis: Move Unified Logging linker setting to
hxclientkit.

Overview: 
Unified logging was added to hxclientkit.
The linker setting was initially added to the player
module.
This checkin move Unified Logging linker setting to
hxclientkit module
so that TLC doesn't have to specify linker setting for
something it
doesn't use.

This is done using: 
project.AddSourceObjects('path.../logutillib.a')

It would be better if there is an: 
AddModuleSourceObjects(), 
but I'm not going to attempt to implement it right now.
