CR: add simple error string for OnErrorOccurred

Synopsis:

    sometimes, the error string is NULL in OnErrorOccurred;

    try to get the error string from HXErrorCodeToString() in HXErrorCodeStrings.c

    try to get the error string from HXErrorCodeToString() in HXErrorCodeStrings.c
