CR/CN: modify dist script for distribution package

Synopsis:

    modify dist script for distribution package

   

Overview:

    correct some misc error in dist script.

        for release package, it should be "umake.py -t release" instead of "umake.py"

        in the install packge, the helix-dbus-server.bin locates in bin dir; neither dbg nor rel.
