Synopsis: Ignore RecordFile size 0 when computing
GetSuperBufferSize().

Overview: 
(This hxrecordengine version of the) Superbuffer
RecordService's 
GetSuperBufferSize() returns zero for all sources with
RAM/metafile,
making it not useful.
This change ignore the record file size of zero (belonging
to metafile.)

This fixed the timeline information problem when playing
back a 
KUOW live stream using RealPlayer for Linux.
