Synopsis: Remove helixaac and keep fixpt AAC in
realplay_gtk_current.bif

Overview: 
Removed from realplay_gtk_current.bif the 
datatype_aac_codec_helixaac BIF target 
corresponding to Coding Technologies' AAC decoders target.

Use just datatype_aac_codec_fixpt_decoder corresponding to
Helix Open Source Fixed Point AAC decoders in this build.

This configuration is how it used to be.
