Checked in localization files.

This is the same list of languages supported officially:
de
es
fr
it
ja
ko
pt_BR
zh_CN
zh_TW

We will provide hi.mo and pl.mo files, as community
supported, on
Helix Community web site, but they might not be fully
updated.

Remind me if anybody needs the above 2 .mo files and I
failed to
provided them before you need them.

Only .desktop files are attached.
The rest are not attached. (Please refer to CVS directly.)
