I really hate to call and bother Elizabeth, so thought
I would ask here first.... I will have some space in our rescue soon. We
would love to take another CK dog if we can find one that will work here.
Because we are in Ohio, we can't take an pits, or even dogs that "look" like
pits, as we can't afford the insurance and legal risk.. (Ohio is terrible on
this issue).
:-( Also, any dog we take would have to be
(1) OK with other dogs, (2) OK with cats, (3) non-agressive/no bite history, and
not so out of control for a very small lady with a bad back to control on a
leash. LOL (When I was a CK in Jan. my back was fine... wish it
were still so!)
I know this REALLY limits the options, but if anyone
knows of a dog at tylertown that might work for us, please do let me know!
HW neg would be preferable, because we are on a VERY tight budget right now and
already have many special needs dogs that are costing us tons of $... of
course!
Are there ANY dogs at CK that might work? If we
can even get one more out, I know that will make a difference, and it never
hurts to ask, right?

RoseAnna-that is an awesome idea; cyber-fostering! Glad to hear
you'll
be taking on Ginger. Once all the animals are listed I'll
definately take
one on (and not a rottie for a change).
