While my vet said she THOUGHT the HW treatment program only ran through 12/31, I have found no evidence so far to confirm that. There are actually two programs, if I am not mistaken. One is through AAHA  - all the info on this one available here: http://www.aahahelpingpets.org/root/heartworm_overview.htm The other is through Petfinder: http://www.petfinder.org/foundation/drugform.pdf More info on the PF program - funds/products are not guaranteed, but each app will be reviewed by the foundation board.
