Subject: Dog Neds help On 38th & Shadeland
Hello all,
I just got a call from a gal who has extreme concerns about a woman who has
been watching this little female pit bull live in an abanded house next to
her mothers house on 38th & shadeland
the dog she said is living in that old run down house with nothing, shes
very very skinny and has wounds all over her,, she says many many kids live
around there and shes afraid they have been torturing her, she is asking for
someone to please help this dog, the ribs are all sticking out, and she looks
like she may have burns and marks,
the dog came up to her and even jumped in her car, the woman said she is to
good of a dog to be put to sleep, she said she told the dog to sit and it did.
she cant take the dog because she lives in Lawrence and comes down to care
for her mother.
Her name is Stephanie and her number is 918-1537
I have to go to work, can someone give any ideas or at least call or
something?
I dont know what i can do being that i have to be to work in 15 minutes.
Thanks
Laurie
