CSV files by WinHTTrack and file list -> TXT file

I periodically download a list of ZIP and CSV files, that
are listed in TXT file. For some reason, those CSV are
always saved with TXT extension.
I have played with MIME settings of WinHTTrack ( note I am
not very familiar with that ),
I have put CSV as file type in left, and tried text/text,
application/x-csv, application/octet-stream. No success.

I am confused what I should do to get them like CSV....

Used search and looking forward to any reply...
