maximum bandwidth limited to 100000

I have tried adding the --disable-security-limits option as
the command-line parameter for WinHTTrack
("C:...WinHTTrack.exe"
--disable-security-limits) but it does not work. I still get
the 'Security warning' messages and program falls back to
the hard-coded limits.

Do I really have to go back to version 3.30 to be able to
make an offline copy of a website running on a *local* WWW
serwer (I mean 127.0.0.1)!?
