Using the program

Hey I just downloaded this prograam and I need to know how
to use this program. I am currently trying to help someone
with an existing website at jleslie48.com and I am trying to
help him updaate his website. How can I get through all of
this info that is needed? Errors keep occuring when I try to
finish up. I need a walk-thru or step by step instructions.
